I contacted Tim at Echelon Builds a few years ago because I wanted to apply for a homeowner’s improvement grant. Tim helped me work through the process which was tedious. I got approved but didn’t make it to the top of the list before money ran out. For the next 2 years I applied and same thing, money ran out before my name came up. On the third year I was finally at the top of the list. Each time I applied Tim had to redo all the quotes and submit new applications. His team was great helping me get the approval. Once we had the approval to go ahead with the work Tim and his team did an amazing job. He never cut corners and got the city approvals in place before proceeding with the work. I’m a very anxious person and Tim was always in contact with me letting me know what was happening with the project. I got a new electric panel, new egress window in the basement and a fence around my property. Everything looks great and I’m very happy. Echelon Builds went above and beyond to help me through the whole grant application and the project itself. I have recommended Echelon Builds to my family and friends and will be hiring them again to do projects around my home.

Absolute 5 star service. Tim the owner is a stand-up guy who always comes through. They have been working with me on my bathroom remodel and even though my builders messed up my framing and drywall, Echelon went out of their way to make the best with what I gave them. They stand by their work and I will recommend them to anyone out there looking at construction. I’ve had to deal with so many different contractors throughout my basement development, nobody comes close in terms of customer service, quality of work and after-sales support. Give your next project to them and you will not regret it.

Ugh what can I say? Tim and his team went above and beyond for our basement & bathroom renos! We now have a gorgeous basement suite and the bathroom of my dreams and fairly priced too. They are so efficient, and also willing to do anything I could think to ask of them. Start with “is it possible to…” and they will handle it. I am so glad I found them.

Echelon Builds built a kitchen for us in our basement recently, as well as some improvements to our bathrooms. It all looks great! The transformation was masterfully accomplished. They asked us probing questions to make sure they understood what we wanted for this space, then made sure they kept within those guidelines. They are highly knowledgeable about their craft, and are highly skilled in how they do their work. Their suggestions to improve the project further were things we didn’t know would work for us. They tidy up as they go along and are friendly and pleasant to deal with. When we are ready to renovate our kitchen, we will definitely be calling Echelon Builds! Thank you, Echelon Builds!

Tim and his team were an easy first choice when we were looking for a contractor to help us complete our secondary suite. He had so many great ideas to help see our vision through and the professionalism he displayed even at the quote stage won us over. We even had an opportunity to meet all the trades workers during a BBQ!!! He couldn’t have done much more to instill confidence in him.
