Tim moriarty
Project manager / owner
Tim started his construction journey 10 years ago working for a small construction company in Wales (UK), this allowed him to complete his apprenticeship and really find his passion for building. Upon moving to Canada with his wife Jayne he quickly found his place at EllisDon construction company, undertaking and gaining experience on large commercial projects. He grew into the construction management role, fuelling his passion further also gaining his accreditation as a Red Seal Carpenter. For as long as Tim can remember it has been his dream to own and build a company that can provide not only the best customer experience and satisfaction from start to finish but create an internal company culture his employees can be proud of.
When not building Tim’s dream, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son and also is a golf enthusiast and enjoys time on the various beautiful courses Alberta has to offer.

Gregory Kriel
director sales & marketing
Hailing from South Africa, Greg has worked in Africa, Europe, the US and Canada. With 20 years experience in marketing, brand management and design. Greg is leading the Sales and Marketing department building a team and company image we can be proud of. He has vast experience in sales and construction Saas helping Echelon grow and achieve the goals laid out before us.
Outside of work Greg is a family man and loves spending time with them outdoors. Whether it be snowboarding the winter away, ice skating the wild ice of the gorgeous natural lakes in the Rockies, or making the most of the summers by camping, hiking and fishing.
FUN FACT GREG IS ALSO A QUALIFIED OPERA SINGER.
Mike Pyvovarchuk
Superintendent
Mike Born in the rural country side of Ukraine learned to love his trade from humble beginnings working with his father at his small carpentry company based out of their garage. After college he continued his venture of gaining more and more construction knowledge working as a carpenter in the Ukraine, Poland, Sweden and now Canada.

Will Swan
Apprentice Capenter
Will was born and raised in Calgary, AB before moving to Turner Valley 6 years ago. He went to U of C and has a BA in Archaeology. He currently lives with his wife, son, cat, and two rabbits.
Will wanted to get into carpentry because he missed working with his hands. There is a feeling of accomplishment that comes from looking at an empty space and creating something there. There is also the challenge of learning new skills and being able to grow.
In his spare time Will loves taking walks in nature with his son and enjoying the great outdoors.
FUN FACT WILL BOUGHT A SNAKE FOR HIS WIFE AND ONLY THEN FOUND OUT HE WAS CRAZY SCARED OF THEM.
